We deliver to the following countries throughout Asia:

All items are usually shipped within 24 hours of payment, and will be conveniently delivered to your home or office. Deliveries take place Monday - Friday during normal business hours. Our carriers offer a door-to-door service, so please ensure that there will be someone available at the nominated delivery address to sign for your items and receive the delivery. Couriers will not leave parcels unattended. If you are not available to accept your delivery, a delivery slip will be left at the delivery address. You will then need to contact Speedpost on 1800 222 5777 to arrange re-delivery or collection.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details, and instructions for how to track your order. For any queries relating to tracking, please contact the Linen House Customer Care Team here.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Delivery throughout Asia typically takes 4-8 business days. Please note this time frame is an estimate, and our carriers endeavour to meet these estimate at all times. Please allow an extra 2 business days for deliveries to remote areas.
Linen House products are not available for pickup.
At this stage all items are fulfilled by our Australian dispatch facility. Customs, duties and sales taxes may be applicable to your order. Please see terms and conditions for more details.
If a delivery attempt is made, but is ultimately unsuccessful, please contact Speedpost on 1800 222 5777 to arrange re-delivery or collection. Failure to do so does not constitute grounds to cancel your order.
