Payment & Purchasing

The Linen House online store accepts payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer payment upon delivery, as our couriers are not equipped to receive payments. As such full payment is required before your order is dispatched.

The Order Confirmation email that you receive when you make an order will act as your Tax Invoice. GST is included in the purchase price where applicable. If you have lost your invoice we will be happy to email you a new one. Simply email our sales team at sales@linenhouse.sg with your request.

The Linen House website uses SSL Encryption and all payments made on the Linen House website are processed by the eWay Payment Gateway which is highly reliable and secure. We also offer PayPal as an alternative and secure payment option.

Due to occupational health & safety (OHS) regulations at our warehouse we are unable to facilitate pickups of our products. All orders must be delivered using our extensive courier network.

Delivery

Yes. All deliveries are able to be delivered to the most convenient address for you - whether this be to your home, work address or to a PO Box.

It is necessary for someone to be available to accept delivery. Our delivery professionals will require a signature as proof of receipt. For your convenience, we recommend having your order sent to your work address if being at home during business hours is not an option.

Yes, freight costs include full insurance.

By close of business on the day your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with full tracking details and information so that you can monitor your order online and in real time.

Delivery to all parts of Singapore, Malaysia & Brunei typically takes 4 - 8 business days. For delivery to all other parts of Asia please allow up to 8 - 10 business days. Please note this time frame is an estimate, and our carriers endeavour to meet this estimate at all times. Please allow an extra two business days for deliveries to remote areas.

We offer free shipping across Asia on all orders over $50. If your order is less than $50 we charge a delivery fee of $10. All items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment.

Dispatches occur Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Warranty Details

Linen House warrants all goods for a period of 12 months under normal usage, to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Linen House's liability under this warranty is to repair or replace (at its discretion) any part or product covered by this (or any implied) warranty free of charge.

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Normal wear and tear;
  2. Damage arising from abnormal use, or abuse;
  3. Products which have not been maintained, or which have been modified;
  4. Any indirect or consequential loss.

This warranty applies only to the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required. All works carried out by a party under instructions from Linen House will be covered by the 12 month warranty on workmanship and repair. If the workmanship of the repair is deemed by Linen House to be faulty a new item will be provided. All other warranties, express or implied, are excluded.

All Linen House products are backed by a 12 month comprehensive warranty.
