All purchases from our website are backed by our 14-Day Money Back Guarantee and as follows:
1. The 14-Day Money Back Guarantee period will commence from the date that the customer receives their product. If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be 14 business days from the date of dispatch. Where a product is within the 14-day period and a refund is requested, Linen House will refund the original product purchase price. The following fees and/or charges will not be reimbursed:
- Delivery charges from Linen House;
- Cost to return the product to our global dispatch facility in Australia.
2. Orders cancelled after the goods have been dispatched will be treated as per the terms of our 14-Day Money Back Guarantee.
3. Returned goods must be in their original packaging with all accessories and be in original, unused condition.
4. Where an item is found to be faulty, Linen House will provide a replacement along with the necessary service and support.
5. Where the customer elects to receive a refund instead of a replacement, the reimbursed amount will be as outlined in Section 2.
6. Linen House reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions without notice.
